A good part of our projects are in San Miguel de Allende: homes in the historic center, Los Frailes, Atascadero, La Lejona and the developments on the road to Querétaro. We build in our Querétaro workshop, an hour away, and install in San Miguel with our own crew.
Kitchens with tall pantries, walk-in wardrobes with display cabinets and wine cellars, floor-to-ceiling closets, mahogany, tzalam and oak entry and interior doors, bathroom vanities with stone tops, stairs and wooden lattice screens. We know the scale and finishes San Miguel homes call for: thick walls, arches, beams, stone, and wood that has to live alongside them.
Many of our clients in San Miguel are expats building or remodeling with a local architect; we work from their project and coordinate with the construction crew. Building in Querétaro and delivering in San Miguel is our routine: every piece leaves the workshop ready to install, we schedule deliveries with the site, and we finish the job in one or two visits, without weeks of construction in your home.
